The bossaball is a team game developed with elements of various sports: volleyball, soccer and capoeira. Based on the rules of volleyball, is played on a surface of trampolines and inflatable mattresses, and higher number of touches and a lot more spectacular in the jumps.
Invented in Spain by the Belgian businessman Filip Eyckmans in 2004, was introduced for the first time on English beaches in the summer of 2005.
Game Rules:
bossaball In the two teams separated by a network. You can play in teams of three, four or five players. The goal is to pass the ball over the net and get the ball touches the opponent. Each team may touch the ball up eight times in his own field, preparing his own attack before returning across the network. The ball can play anywhere on the body but only once with the hand or two consecutive times with his foot or head.
The field consists of mattresses, and in the vicinity of the network are placed two trampolines. The player jumps on the trampoline to the ideal position for a spectacular smash.
When the ball touches the opponent's scores a point and three points if the ball touches the opponent's trampoline. If the ball hits the bossawall, red area around the trampoline, not scored and the game continues.
