Sports: Parkour
The Parkour (or art of displacement) is a discipline that is to navigate the urban or natural overcoming the obstacles that arise in your path (fences, walls, empty ...) as more fluid and efficient as possible, and the only possibilities of the human body. This discipline requires great fitness to perform the different movements (skipping, pasavallas, climbing, etc.) Involved, but also need a mind determined to overcome our fears, a large concentration and a strong spirit.
Its creator is David Belle, whose father, firefighter and military taught him called "Georges Hébert's Natural Method" (discipline used in the army which seeks to overcome the natural obstacles using only the body) since I was little , along with military training. David adapted this technique to their city Lisses tours in France, creating an urban version. After entering the army corps of French, David realizes that it is not yours and you need the freedom of the street to be comfortable. Later he found people who followed in their workouts, and thus found Sébastien Foucan and other members of that first group of traceurs. In many places, Parkour is seen as a kind of vandalism that is dedicated to damage the furniture. This idea is completely wrong and hinders the expansion of this philosophy.
